View allRubbilization of existing concrete and recycle material in place. Install 9" of asphalt on top of rubbilized surface courts, 5" base course and 4" surface course. Install new pavement markings associated with threshold locations, airfield signage and lighting. Groove runway pavement to improve drainage and aircraft braking.
