Conduct an Engineering PER to replace aging and defected odor control systems for the city's lift stations, including LS 116 (Mesquite), LS 112 (Sweetwater), LS 53 (Harmon) and LS 103 (Lexington).

The City maintains over 130 wastewater lift stations across the City, many of which are located in residential neighborhoods. These lift stations utilize odor control systems to reduce impacts to the neighborhood. The PER will identify the current condition and repair/ replacement needs of the odor
control systems at several lift stations.
