FY23 Funding: $185,000 Water, $225,000 WW

Study to analyze the regional distribution infrastructure needs to serve the area South of the Brazos River and identify capital improvement plan (CIP) projects and planning level costs.

Water: As part of the City’s 2021 Water Master Plan, the City constructed a planning-level water distribution system hydraulic model for the areas South of the Brazos. This study is needed to analyze regional service alternatives for serving this area.

WW: As part of the city’s 2021 Wastewater Master Plan, the city constructed a planning-level wastewater collection system hydraulic model for the areas south of the Brazos. The model confirmed that the current infrastructure in Greatwood does not have the capacity to serve the growth projected in the
ETJ.
