Annual program to maintain the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system for the City’s utility system. The City operates one surface water treatment plant, 12 water plants, 4 wastewater treatment plants and 134 lift stations. SCADA allows technicians to monitor these facilities remtoely.
