The 2015 Facilities Master Plan recommended a new building for the Public Safety Dispatch as well as an Emergency Operations Center. A new facility on the City’s 9.9 acres of land, adjacent to the existing police building, will provide additional space to accommodate the Public Safety Dispatch and Emergency Operations as the City continues to grow and make modifications to accommodate police personnel that are currently in leased spaces.
Construction of an approximately 17,000 square-foot building space which will include dispatch, Emergency Operations Center (including a phone bank center), I.T. workroom, 311 call center, parking, fencing and related site work.
